Viet is a Singapore-based Research Analyst within Marsh McLennan. His work revolves around the emerging risk theme and more specifically focus on the evolving risk landscape of the Asia-Pacific region. He has also worked on topics surrounding infrastructure development in the region.
Prior to joining Marsh McLennan, Viet completed his MA in Sociology from York University, Canada; and before that his BA in Sociology and Economics from Singapore Management University (SMU). His research focuses on the cross between education and immigration, specifically on the global movement of international students and their transition to become immigrants in the host country
Outside of work, Viet is an alumni player at the SMU Guitar ensemble. He enjoys video games, books and good (nerdy) conversations about sociology.
