Sydney began her career as a property & casualty energy broker with Marsh. In her past role, she managed relationships across all four of Marsh McLennan's businesses for energy clientele in the U.S. She was also responsible for all industries across the South Central partnership & New York Metro.
She is now an associate director with the MMC Advantage team, strategizing cross-business solutions for large-scale, global and evolving risks and connecting colleagues across the firm.
Sydney's current role is focused on business development in the public sector with an expertise in natural catastrophe solutions.
Sydney has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Risk Management and Insurance & Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi.
