Sheela Sukumaran is a senior consultant with over 19 years of experience in organization and people strategy, with 10 of those years in Management and People Consulting focused on US Technology clients. She is based in the Silicon Valley.
Sheela has worked extensively with MNC clients in USA and Europe designing and implementing global business transformations and people initiatives associated with them, including operating model and business process design, HR processes and systems, enterprise learning and design of human capital strategies and roadmaps aligned to business strategy. She has also driven strategic change and communication initiatives for her clients to enable successful technology adoption.
Before joining Mercer, Sheela was a People and Organization Director at PwC, providing advisory services to US Technology clients. Prior to that, she was the Human Capital Consulting and Cloud Services Leader for Manufacturing and High Tech Industry Vertical at Infosys.
