Rachel is based in Singapore and is a Research Analyst with the Marsh McLennan Advantage team where she writes about key developments across a plethora of themes (i.e. Emerging Risks, Infrastructure, Healthcare, etc.). Rachel is a graduate of both the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where she attained her Master’s in Public Policy in 2021, and Yale-NUS College, where she majored in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
