Lucy Nottingham develops and manages strategic partnerships and projects in collaboration with leading global companies, professional associations, think-tanks, academic institutions, and subject matters experts from across Marsh McLennan.

In this role, Lucy drives projects and programs to support the development cross-sectoral views, knowledge and insights to identify breakthrough perspectives and solutions to society’s most complex challenges. A creative thinker, with a commitment to the value of the collective output of a team of experts, she draws on over 20 years of experience in leading, developing and successfully executing collaborative research projects.

With the Insights team, she has lead multi-year projects with MarshDirector, Strategic Partnerships, Marsh McLennan Advantage experts and a range of organizations on a variety of topics including projects with National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) and Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and climate resilience working with organizations such as CDP, GreenBiz, World Business Council on Sustainable Development (WBSCD) and World Energy Council (WEC).

Lucy has published and spoken frequently on a variety of topics focused on evolving risk governance challenges.

She has a BA Hons (Political Science and Middle East Studies) from McGill University, Montreal and a MA (International Affairs) from Carleton University, Ottawa.
