Lucy oversees the global Marsh JLT Specialty business, an integral part of Marsh, which concentrates on seven specialty lines of business for whom a deep pool of global resource and expertise is a meaningful and necessary differentiator – Aerospace, Construction, Credit Specialties, Energy & Power, Financial and Professional Lines (FINPRO), Marine & Cargo and Private Equity and M&A (PEMA).
She leads with the Global and Regional Specialty Heads to create a complete offering, for clients who require specialized advice, placement and claims service, which has our clients’ expectations at the centre of every service proposal. Together we ensure that the best resources within Marsh JLT Specialty and the most competitive global markets are available to our clients wherever they are in the world.
Internally Lucy works with the leadership team to develop an environment for colleagues which allows them to be part of an organization with a shared purpose built around what we collectively do for our clients and where every person can make a difference.
