Having joined Sirota in 2006, Lewis now has responsibility for managing Sirota’s operational activities in Asia Pacific. As a Senior Consultant and advisor to Sirota’s clients,Lewis works across a range of industries where he applies his experience in the development and design of employee feedback and engagement programmes to help HR and Executives link them to business strategies and goals.
Lewis has had the good fortune to work across a broad range of industries with companies such as Shell, Rolls-Royce, Skype, Solvay, Tullow Oil, National Grid, Westfield, Royal Ahold and TNT as well as a number of others.
Chartered by the British Psychological Society as an Occupational Psychologist, he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology & Cognitive Neuroscience [If you’re wondering what the second one is about – it’s basically studying what your brain does when you think and do stuff.
