David is a London-based Partner in the Energy practice of Oliver Wyman. He is an experienced management consultant and industry expert, having previously worked for Oliver Wyman for 12 years before embarking on a career spanning 10 years and various Executive roles at BP. These included Chief Risk Officer of the trading business, Head of International Gas (spanning gas, power and LNG) and Head of Integrated Gas & Power, focused on developing low/no carbon downstream businesses.
David returned to Oliver Wyman at the beginning of 2021 with the aim of supporting major energy, and energy-intensive companies in navigating the many challenges that relate to the energy transition. He is leading the development of Oliver Wyman's Climate & Sustainability platform on behalf of the Energy practice.
