Alejandro is a Partner based in Oliver Wyman’s Houston office with more than twenty years of experience in the global Oil and Gas, Power & Chemicals industries in the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. When advising clients, he leverages his ability to build businesses, develop and implement complex strategies as well as transformation efforts which are pragmatic and deliver operational results under tight deadlines, and foresight on how technology and digital will affect industry players. He brings particular expertise capturing value in supply chain, performing integrations to improve the value of energy companies. His other areas of focus include developing strategies, leading strategy-based transformation programs, implementing digital transformation, improving operating models, and building new organizational capabilities.
